    What happened to being able to call a store, ask about availability of an item, and hang up. Cant always trust how many the website says are in stock. 10 minutes of messing around with AI that didn’t help whatsoever, then on hold for another 15-20 minutes to wait for an associate to answer and never did. Those guys twiddling their thumbs in there or what?

    I don’t have a lot of experience with Lowe’s but wanted to give a shout out for Mike L who went above and beyond for us in customer service there recently when we purchased a door. I intended to fill out the on line survey to recognize him, but didn’t notice it expired within a few days and I didn’t get to it in time

    Purchased a pellet stove from Lowes in Brewer. Was told it would be delivered the next day by someone from the Bangor store. They outsource their deliveries which is ridiculous. It was supposed to be here between 8:00-9:00. It took me calling the Brewer store manager to light a fire under Bangors butt to get in delivered. When I called Bangor and asked for a store manager I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. Needless to say I didn't get my pellet stove delivered until 1:45 pm by an awesome guy named Erin who was great. Erin also informed me that Bangor just put my delivery on the books 30 minutes before he delivered my pellet stove. Thank God he was a big guy. I will never ever order another thing from Lowes ever again. They need to do a lot better than they do. Customer service in going down hill people.

    Worst Lowes in Maine. We are Pro's members and they treat us like trash and block our number when we complain about their mistreatment. Had then deliver broken cabinets and appliances several ttimes. Yesterday they delivered us a stove we waited two weeks for, the wiring on one element blew out the moment we turned it on. Bangor lowes told us we have 48 hours to return a broken appliance that they delivered. We got delivery because we don't have the means to transport it. Then they blocked my phone. I am done with this store, its worth going the extra to Brewer! -- Update. I was able to reach out to the head office and they were great in resolving our matter but I still can't directly call the Bangor store but I won't be needing to.

    Wow! I ordered a stove from Lowes and changed my schedule to accommodate their delivery day and time. Well, they changed it. I don't have a problem with that as I know things happen. However, I tried calling the delivery department numerous times over the course of 2 days. Are we in the twilight zone with customer service now?!!!! After getting past the "robot" I was transferred to "customer service" which is some 12 year old working from home with no concern AT ALL for what's happening. She then transfers me to the "delivery department" - line goes dead. EVERYTIME. I repeated this process over 6 times in 2 days.They are hours away, but I will be going in person later today on my way down south from where I am. I may do an update on this crazy fiasco.
