Lost my warranty returns of failed (only 1 yr since install) hybrid heat pump hot water heater (AOSMITH brand), failed to process returns for refund for 1 week since Lowes pikup, despite daily calls. REFUSED TO PAY REFUND TO MY CHOICE BANK CARD!
Btw, AOSMITH brand heat pump hot water heater is UNRELIABLE. Customer reviews are 1+ out of 5, after I purchased under Efficiency Maine 2024 rebate program, Lowes only offered AOSMITH brand, so no reason to check reviews first. Unit failed in just one year, took 2 attempts to self test & 2 DIY AOS repair kits & DIY diagnostic over AOS tech line phone! Lowes won't declare 10 yr warranty coverage parts & limited labor or pik up without all above! Do not buy AOSMITH, get only other brand RHEEM at Home Depo, Customer Reviews 4 out of 5 & HD service is tops! See photos of left to right, before AOSMITH & after RHEEM.

Waited patiently for an aisle to be reopened while they were moving stuff with a fork lift. The employees made it seem like a burden that I needed something from that aisle. When I asked for the lumber to be cut they sighed like it was a huge inconvenience and told me they couldn't cut the 4x4 because of the saw. All I said was "interesting" and they snapped back that it really wasn't interesting and tried to explain that it's a simple design and therefore my statement was incorrect. High quality employees you got there, luckily Home Depot is right around the corner.

Order number 300902275254243374 was placed on 10/2/95 for delivery 10/4/25 between 0830 and 1230. It says on the email when it was out for delivery that someone 18 or older has to be there to sign for it. When it was not here by 1330 I called the store 4x, let it ring 20+ times and never got an answer. I called the nationwide customer service. They connected me with driver dispatch, who connected me to the store in a way I actually got an associate. After she got hold of her manager they said they could leave it without a signature. I did not even care what time it got there As I needed it for 10/5 in the morning. I thanked her and took the girls to Fryeburg. While in Fryeburg I got an email saying the order was delivered. When I got home I found that was untrue. A third of it was delivered. So now I am going to have more hours on the phone tomorrow (Sunday) trying to get my order. And because I need it tomorrow and they probably wont deliver on Sunday I expect they wont bring it and I will have to spend a few more hours going and getting it. What a horrible experience. Don't ever use this store.
