    I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Anthony! I purchased a refrigerator, washing machine, and cabinets today, and Anthony was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Even though checkout was handled by another associate who made a mistake, I came back to the store and Anthony took care of the issue immediately—no stress at all. He handled everything quickly and professionally, and he kept a friendly smile the whole time. That kind of service really makes a difference. Thank you, Anthony, for going above and beyond! I truly appreciate your help.

    I placed an order for delivery on 3/21 and 4 items were missing from the order. I called the local Lowes store the same day, and was told I would receive a call back regarding this issue. One week later, I have not received any phone call about the problem and have spent 2+ hours trying to get this resolved since the date of the order. Over $130 of items were never delivered, and the local store has not been helpful at all in resolving this problem.

    Since no one at Lowe’s can be bothered to make this right, I’m going to share my current mess online so others don’t fall into this trap too. I placed an order online on 2/28/26 for a Midea glass top range. After paying for delivery, protection plan, and haul off of my old stove it came to $868.70. The delivery truck comes on 3/10/26 and the stove was smashed in on the top and back. I needed a stove to cook meals for my family, so I had them bring it in so I could at least have something to cook with while I waited for Lowe’s to make it right. I called customer service and they ordered an exchange for me to be delivered in 10 days. I waited and cleared a second day’s schedule to be home for the delivery. The truck shows up and the second stove has the same smashed in top as the first. Fool me twice, shame on me. I called customer service, and waited another 5 days just to talk to someone. I wasn’t going to get another Midea since I no longer trusted the brand. The Manger at Lowe’s Augusta explained that for me to get a different range, I had to pay the difference, then when the delivery was made, they could offer me a discount to make up for the trouble. It sounded reasonable, so I paid the difference, cleared another day’s schedule, and now I am in for an extra $137.15, making the total amount of money that Lowe’s has taken from me $1005.85. The third delivery shows up today 3/27/26 the metal on the back of the stove was all dented in. I called and tried to get the manager on duty, waited on hold, only for the call to be picked up and hung up. I called corporate customer service and they told me that they couldn’t help me and it was up to the store. So now I’m stuck after a month of waiting with a broken stove, missing a thousand bucks from my bank account, three days of having to clear my schedule for 8am-8pm deliveries, phone calls and hold music and trying to stay calm and polite while I explain the situation again to a 10th customer service rep. All I have to show for it now is the promise that there’s a note on the manager’s desk to call me back. I’ll update my review if/when this nightmare is over.

    Will not be ordering from this company again. Literally our first time purchasing from Lowes because they appeared to have more appliance options than Home Depot but WOW is there customer service awful. Delivery was supposed to be no later than 3:30pm, here we are past 8:30pm and still no delivery. We had to call several times and everytime were met with attitude and annoyance for making the reps do their jobs. Come 8pm im pissed because they still havent arrived so i called demanding to be rescheduled for the next day because my kids need to sleep and i work early the next morning (also keep in mind they still had 3 stops ahead of us. Im not staying up until midnight for a damn appliances delivery when i have kids trying to sleep). The supervisor was beyond rude, so thank god i have the call recorded to send to HR because ill be damned. The lack of accountability and respect on their part is dumbfounding. Even claimed they couldnt call their own drivers so we would need to figure it out. Save yourself the stress and order from a more reputable company that has better customer service training.

    I just ordered a washer and hoses for pick up. I didn’t have time to wait for it to be delivered so I ordered it for pick up. It was ready within an hour today and then when I got here, it was brought out within a couple of minutes. Upon seeing it brought out I realized there was no way it would fit in my car. Philip and Daniel helped load it and went above and beyond getting it into my vehicle. If it was not for their help, I would have been sitting in the parking lot for at least an hour while waiting for a friend to come with a bigger vehicle. I am so so grateful for their help!
