- LMLisa McCarl2 days ago1.0I discovered in May 2026 that my CO detectors that I have been paying semi-annually to monitor have been expired since 2019. There is also concern that my smoke detectors that are included in the monitoring fee are also out of date. I was charged $400 to replace the two expired CO detectors despite paying the semi-annual monitoring fee to monitor out dated monitors for 7 years. I asked to have the bill reduced and the request was denied. I am shocked by the new owner Pye-Barker Fire & Safety's poor customer service.
