  Marty came yesterday to hook up our security system and he was such a pleasure to work with, so kind and explained everything to us in great detail, he even helped get us set up in the app for our phones. He stopped by the following day to drop off yard signs and stickers for our windows because I requested them when he was setting up but he was all out - such a nice guy to go out of his way to drop them off! 10/10 customer service from Marty!

  Similar to other complaints here, you have to watch your contract with CRIMPCO carefully. They put a 3-year contract in place with no termination clause. I moved to a location where CRIMPCO does not offer services and they enforced the termination for over $650 simply to cancel. Further, CRIMPCO did not offer modern technology in terms of remote arm/disarm or an app to check the status of your home. I went with CRIMPCO because they were locally based and the hardware was already in the house. Why work with a local company when they're going to be both sub-par in technology and predatory about billing?

  Been utilizing Crimpco services for over 10 years now. Knowledgeable and polite sales and service! Just completed an upgrade to the system. Smooth transition with a safe, professional and efficient installation.

  We had a fine experience with Crimpco up until cancellation of our services when we moved out of our home. Our contract provided for a 3 year agreement with automatic one year renewals. However, there is no 30 or 60 day cancellation period or termination of sale provision in the contract so we have to pay for over 3/4 of the year (over $300) where no services are being provided because we had just started a 1 year renewal term period when we moved out. My suggestion would be BEFORE you sign your contract add in a 30 day termination right so you have the right to cancel the contract if you move at a time that does not line up with the end of your security contract.
