- RBRoderick BunyeaMar 30, 20265.0On March 29, 2026, my husband and I came to Lowe's looking for patio string lights with white wires. Also, we needed some new night lights for our bathrooms. As we were trying to find our way around, we were approached by an associate named "Stuart". He immediately offered to assist us, lead us to the string lights, and then showed us where the night lights were located. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing "just the right night lights". Inasmuch as were are quite elderly, we get overwhelmed easily in today's world, hubby displays signs of early alzeimers and does not hear well even with hearing aids, but likes to drive the electric carts while shopping in various stores. While explaining our situation to some degree to Stuart, he expressed much empathy, kindness, respect, and an abundance of PATIENCE, as we finally made our decisions. And then he took the time to show us, and explain the new "Home Care" subscription plan to us. Something we definitely could use, as we have been in our (new) home for nearly 20 years, and things are still needing maintenance, which has become more difficult for us to accomplish. This sounded like just what we needed! So Stuart signed us up! He was in no way "pushy" in presenting the plan to us, and listened as I expressed concerns, or asked questions. If only there were more people having these qualities in doing their jobs, perhaps our world would be a lot more friendly. I know the elderly would appreciate it, and who knows, you may be "rewarded" in ways you may not know. Thank you again, Stuart, for being one of Lowe's top employees in Westminster. You definitely made our day!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
