- BSBrian SheehanJul 6, 20241.0While in town for a funeral, I locked "The Club" on my steering wheel and forget the keys to the device. I left them at my home which is 3 hours away (completely my fault!) I called "Minute Key" at 8:30 in the evening and they said that they did not have a technician and to call the next morning. I called the next morning and they told me that they did not have a technician. This company claims to offer 24 Hour Emergency Service but they actually do not. Not too mention, I was stranded and they sent me a text and did not have the courtesy to actually call me back. I do not recommend this company at all. Poor customer service and false advertising.

The idea of having a machine I can readily go to make duplicate keys without having to wait or coordinate with store employees is excellent and I was soo excited to use this machine and service. Well I have used this twice now and I’m both cases the machine took my money and did not release the keys made to me. Thought the first time was a fluke so tried it a second time a month later and same outcome. Even tried to use a machine at another location and it is always broken and out of service. Luckily the store refunded me although they don’t have any direct affiliation with this company. Better to stick with the associates making the keys with the standard machine than ti use these. So disappointed and felt unsupported using the machine. I will stick with the old way.
