- CLcandice ludwigSep 1, 20251.0Walked in the Westminster store on Aug 31 to ask if they sold a handle for a valve. First the store had music so loud you couldn’t hear what the guy was saying. I walked up to counter to ask if they sold a handle. The guy wearing sunglasses said we only sell this and walked over to the back wall to show me a valve with a connection to it. I said I need a handle only so he then proceeded to walk to the back of the store to show me another valve connection with a handle. I said I only need a the handle that goes over the nut. He said I told you we don’t have that and walked away. Absolutely I will never go back. I rather drive hour to a store that knows how to treat a customer and is not a blaring music so loud that my daughter and I could not even talk to each other.
