  The whole process was seamless and I was constantly updated on my status for service on my refrigerator. Ram was professional and made sure he understood what the issues were. He explained what was happening and what was needed to fix the problem. If it wasn't for the parts delay, my refrigerator would have been fixed a lot soon. Highly recommend!

  On time and professional, but charged me $125 to tell me that he wasn't able to work on my freezer when I asked if they could service the brand and told him the issue before he came out. It felt like I was tricked into paying a service call fee when he knew from the start he couldn't fix it.

  Would definitely recommend ! I called for my fridge not working, they wereally able to come out the next day. They told me the problem and had the part and fixed it right away. Super nice and professional.
