  Extremely rude service. Almost shockingly rude. In her defense, she was by herself, which she told us repeatedly as we waited patiently before leaving without fulfilling the reservation we had. We reserved 2 sets of furniture pads and had a confirmation. She said she can’t sell us what she doesn’t have, regardless of a reservation. This service was a reminder of why I prefer to work with automated processes… AI agents and kiosks don’t have rude attitudes. 🤷🏽‍♀️ But they need to get it together and not make reservations for things they don’t have. Pretty terrible experience

  I have never had better service than at this location. I have been using there business for year will meter rent truck from anywhere else
