  My husband and I have been very happy with our experience in working with the La-Z-Boy staff. Wendy was super helpful in showing us options that might fit our furniture needs. She also referred us on to Nancy, their Interior Designer. Working with Nancy was a true delight. She helped us hone in on our desired style and offered thoughtful and beautiful options. We loved working with both these fine ladies and look forward to realizing our new and improved family room!

  We were very satisfied with all the help we had with getting our recliner. A few gentlemen who brought the chloric recliner to us DANILO and Jeff were very professional. We were very satisfied with their service

  I was looking for a lovely piece of server-like furniture to place food on in my dining room during special meal events. I had a bar table but really needed something with storage, given my limited kitchen cabitnet storage space. I visited La-Z-Boy in Waldorf, MD and was warmly greeted by the sales rep, Christine. I asked her about the lovely Savona Colette Credenza that caught my eye. She answered any questions that I had. The furniture is pretty big so I wasn't sure if it would fit my space. I left to consider whether I should purchase it, but neglected to take a picture or get the measurements, so I called Christine and she was happy to provide that information. The measurements worked out so I decided to buy it. The furniture was delivered by their delivery guys, Danilo and Jeff. They were curteous and professional, laying down mats before bringing the furniture in and they centered it perfectly beneath my wall art. It looks absolutely amazing in. It's a really beautiful and solid piece of furniture and it matches my decor perfectly. Thank you SO much, Christine! And thank you, Danilo, and Jeff! And a big thanks to La-Z-Boy of Waldorf!   Derrick was the man that helped me. He was very professional and had a great sense of humor. He was attentive and offered me a bottle of water. It was one of the nicest times I have ever spent money!! If i uy .ore is would want him to help me.

  Great customer service in the store and delivery team! Very helpful in the store when we needed it and allowing us to take our time deciding, and available once ready. Delivery team Danilo and Jeff were very fast and courteous on two separate deliveries, a couch with chaise and then coffee table. Both times they were timely and professional with the set up. Quality furniture and great service!
