The space is clean and well lit but the real appeal is their staff- especially Jill, the storage manager. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She consistently provides 5 start service. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this space.

I was really happy to find I could afford a climate controlled unit since I own two fur coats. Jill was so easy going and friendly and that helped a lot; with all the stress I've been under. They walked me through every option, helped me pick the right size, and even gave me moving tips—no upselling, just genuine help. The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and feels like a fortress. Gated entry with keypad access, 24/7 surveillance cameras everywhere, and the units are pristine (no dust, no bugs, perfect temperature for my furniture and sentimental items)
