- EGE GFeb 25, 20265.0I was waiting for the delivery of pellets for use in my pellet stove. The stove has been over worked and the pellets were necessary. Didn't wait long. I saw a gentleman rolling cart with pellets on it and was what I needed. I had several people go out of their way to help me out. The cart went outside where my vehicle was and pellets were placed in my truck. I tried to tip two of the people that were helping but one was shy about being recorded . She told me to give it to her colleague and she would get it from him. Everything worked out. Lowes went out of their way to help me out. I needed the pellets for heating my house. Electricity alone doesn't get it done and way to costly. Thank you Lowes and your workers who help older customers out.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
