However, this company and others as well that I contacted in the Waldorf area are not direct with pricing and have to “visually inspect the lock,” which okay makes sense; and for some reason can not provide any estimates at all. HOWEVER, they do not tell you it is $29 fee/charge to come look at it in case you refuse service or that that $29 fee/charge is STILL added to the total bill if you do accept services. To open a residential lock costed $180 + $29 for a grand total of $209. I get you pay for the expertise but this price and how they play with the fee is definitely inflated and borderline unethical. They also do not offer or honor any military, police, or uniform discount. Glad to have access to my home, so thank you for that but can’t help but feel cheated. And I usually leave very good reviews. Proceed at your own risk.
