- NSNatasha SamarooApr 21, 20261.0Today I went to Lowe’s to buy some grass mats. I waited in the store for 30 minutes or more trying to get assistance and although two associates passed by they said they would send someone to help me, no one ever came. It’s frustrating to spend that much time waiting and ultimately have to leave without getting what I needed. I hope management can improve response time and make sure customers are left waiting like this.

Then after I go back they wanted me to pull up front by lawn and garden. Then they come out to tell me they have no brown mulch. I go back inside to ask for the manager and he talks to me while I am on the phone and says sorry you need to go to customer service to get a refund. This place is the worst

I would recommend driving to the Lowes in Bowie or down to 301 to Home Depot. I've spent the last 4 years saying I won't go back and today was the last straw.

I was looking for a yardstick,showed an older man on my phone what I was looking for, he told me to go to staples, since the Pic I was showing him was from staples. Found a young gentleman , asked the same ,and he was quick to pull his item locator and directed me to where I later found it. Thank you JORDAN, you have a wonderful attitude.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
