I bought a door online which was delivered, but later we discovered it was warped. I called to the store asking for the exchange. Was told, I need to buy a new door again, and the team will pick up the warped door. I bought the second door online. The next day the team delivered the second door, and picked up the first faulty door to take it back to the store. I did not get the refund as promised. It has been 2 weeks. Talked to Noland and he could not resolve the issue. They can’t find the returned door and will start the process of looking for it, it and investigating it. The door was picked up by Lowe’s team. It left my home in their truck. Why do I have to wait till they find the door in their stores/warehouse? I need my 357.78 dollars back as it was promised. Very frustrating!

On 02/11/26 at approximately 3:15pm I was shopping for a few items in this store when I had an uncomfortable experience. I was looking through a few orchids that were on sale when from the corner of my eyes I glimpsed someone standing about 10ft behind me. After a few minutes I suddenly turned around and said “good evening sir”,which caught the security off guard whom had seem to have an unusually keen interest in me selecting an orchid. Also When the cashier was cashing out my items, a person with a radio/walkie (male) came and stood behind the cashier keenly observing my transaction. I asked the cashier if he was in training and if the person standing behind him was a supervisor and he said no. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience for me.

Today I went to Lowe’s to pick up some things I needed, and like always, I walked straight to the Hardware & Tools department looking for Johnny. Every time I came to this store, he was the one person I trusted — respectful, well-mannered, professional, and actually willing to help. You could tell he took pride in his job. He made customers feel valued. So when I asked for him today and found out he no longer works here, I was honestly shocked… and disappointed. It’s sad to see a big company like Lowe’s let go of the few employees who actually care. Johnny wasn’t just an employee — he was the reason many customers kept coming back. He greeted people with a smile, he knew his stuff, he smelled good, he looked sharp, and he treated everyone like their time mattered. Now the department feels completely different. I asked a young girl for help, and it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. No effort, no energy, no guidance. Just standing around. And that’s exactly what frustrates customers: the good ones leave, and the ones who don’t care stay. Lowe’s really needs to understand the value of employees like Johnny. They’re the ones who make the store feel welcoming. They’re the reason customers stay loyal. Losing someone like him is a reminder that companies should invest in the people who truly make a difference. Because today… Lowe’s didn’t just lose an employee. They lost the heart of great customer service.

Today my family and I came to get our Christmas tree and was graciously helped by Maruf. He was so kind, helpful and provided excellent customer service. It made our Holiday experience very enjoyable.
