  Great sales person. Fair price for the quality of the chair. Only disappointment is the chair is a lot harder than the one I tried in the store. Only time will tell if it breaks in eventually.

  We really liked the salesperson, Mike. He knew everything about his product. He was personable, helpful & was not pushy at all. He made us feel confortable with our decision. The furniture is well made and we feel confident that what we ended up buying will last for the rest of our lives.

  I was very pleased with the attention I received at the Towson location. After speaking with a sales person, it was suggested I have an interior designer come to the house to see the space and make recommendations as well as hear my concerns and ideas. Gina was very helpful and attentive. She then took all the measurements and ideas and incorporated them into a design that I could see. I was more than happy with everything.
