  We came during the grand opening and were SO glad to get to work with Jewel and Jalil. On our return trip, Jewel helped us to meticulously think through design features of their wonderful offerings and helped us wind up with the perfect chair for raising our new baby. We’re very grateful for such a great experience and their guidance!

  The sales manager at our new store in Towson was very helpful without being pushy. She let me wander the store after greeting me which I loved. Several times she checked in to see if I need assistance or provide a helpful comment. She shined when I started looking at fabrics- showing me the fabric in a different color on an actual chair or bringing it up on her computer so I could see what it would like on the chair. I enjoyed working with her and look forward to receiving my chair in 8-10 weeks. Beth

  The year started happily, as we visited the new Towson store. After just a few minutes, we were greeted by Virginia. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient. The sale went smoothly and the delivery was scheduled for the upcoming Friday. The movers arrived, removed their shoes, and expertly assembled and tested the electronics. These gentlemen were very friendly and competent. Start to finish, Laz-Z-Boy provided top flight sales and service. It was a great way to start 2026.
