All of my questions/concerns are always answered & addressed thoroughly. In addition, when it comes to the financials, they have worked with me. They’ve made me feel like we are on the same team, rather than just landlord and tenant. Lynne has been awesome, and her attentiveness to me, shown through follow-up and follow-through are unmatched. I should also mention that I have never seen one pest or any evidence of any pests in my unit. Contrasting that with my horrible experiences at an unaffiliated storage company, this location has been a godsend. I’m never scared of what I might find when I visit my unit, and that sense of peace is priceless.
