We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

- TMTyana MasseyDec 28, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would! Some one sent me to the dressing room and said I’d be helped shortly and no one ever came! I waited in the dressing room for 45mins and no one came to help! also, I was the only person waiting at the time so helping with another customer isn’t the excuse. I don’t know what type of games they play at Nordstrom alteration’s but I left frustrated and invalidated as a customer. Total waste of my time.
