  My rug was returned today after a week delay on your end . My large rug was apparently not your usual rug type I didn’t know that. . I am not happy with the installation as I got ignored and given pushback when I commented that I wasn’t pleased with the placement of the rug in my room . One man managed to get my rug up the stairs . There were 3 men working on it and I offered more help from my sons who were home and could have been brought in to help . It appeared the fellow in charge just wanted to be done with it and not interested in doing it right . The other 32 gentlemen were. . It’s 3 inches off one window wall and 10” off the other . Thats a big difference . Now I have to figure out how I’m going to get it properly placed . The cost of cleaning and reinstalling is around$1,000. For this I would hope youall could get it right . I’m not happy about this experience !

  I had 2 area rugs cleaned as part of a 2 for 1 April special. The rugs were cleaned as scheduled in about a week, and nicely wrapped for pick-up. I thought the price was a little high ( again 2 for 1) but I'm sure that the rugs were properly cleaned.

  Always great service. Persian carpet is over 30 years old and comes back like new every time.

  We used this company to clean our large area rug for our living room. Our rug is a very nice wool braided rug. They did a wonderful job and it was done in one week. We even got a discount because they were running a special. Highly recommend!!!!!
