My modem was old and caused the internet not to work anymore so after the installation I exchanged my modem for a new one. They came back a minute after I got back. Ryan hooked up my modem, got it activated, and made sure I understood how to use the system and the app. Afterwards, I noticed that Burt completed a small task I intended to do after they left. He heard me mention it and took it upon himself to do it for me. He did not have to do that but I certainly appreciated it. Ryan and Burt are some awesome human beings. Seriously. Oh! And the price was very reasonable.
