I never got the 3rd key even though I heard it drop somewhere in the machine. However, since it was free, I made no fuss only to bring the keys to work and find out that none of them worked. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that the customer service rep was very responsive and provided a prompt refund. Not sure I'd rely on a kiosk again for copies. I may likely just go to the local key master, Lowe's or Home Depot.
