He is incompetent, lacks integrity and you will incur extra fees because the work will NOT be done and need to be reordered. There’s no accountability from management and the customer suffers at the end. Take my advise and all the others that came before me. He’s the issue and we as customers count on the person Lowe’s send to do good, accurate and quality work. I will be taking my issues up the chain so others won’t endure the hardship and stress I’ve encountered.

We purchased a walk-in shower that was scheduled for delivery twice—both times rescheduled after we had already taken off work. On top of that, authorization holds were placed on our account multiple times, then processed in over five separate transactions. To make things worse, at 6:30 PM we were notified through the app that our payment was “declined”… even though the money had clearly already been taken from our account. When I finally spoke to a representative and asked where the shower was, I was told it showed as “delivered” — which was completely false. Then, when I tried to cancel the order, I was told it was somehow scheduled to be delivered again in four days. Completely unacceptable from start to finish. We will NEVER order anything from Lowe’s again!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
