The DAY BEFORE delivery, it was rescheduled by email with NO EXPLANATION to January 2nd. Also we were supposed to get free installation which was also a confusing process. This was not confirmed in the purchase and when I called the store,I was told that the online and store offers vary but the installers should reach out a few days before. This never happened. BEWARE --- if you need appliances at a certain time don't shop here. We cancelled, will have to use the old appliances through the holidays and will NEVER shop for delivery purchases at Lowes again.

Parking is easy, the staff is friendly, and you can find some great deals if you take the time to look around. The restrooms are conveniently located near the front entrance. They make frequent announcements about “Tool World,” which sounds exciting—but don’t expect anything wildly different. It’s essentially the same tool section you’d find in any other Lowe’s. Not disappointing, just not quite deserving of the dramatic name. Overall, a solid, reliable store experience.
