I should have listened to my initial instincts and made my initial purchase with La-Z-Boy. Your staff was completely helpful and courteous, willing to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain to me why one style of chair would best suit the needs of the person I was making the purchase for . The purchase was very smooth,the delivery was extremely quick. The recipient I purchased the chair for was in great need of a dependable, comfortable chair. I will definitely recommend not only your company and it's products as top notch; but the service and attention given was exactly what a leader in retail sales is all about. They didn't know how to process the payment and ended up asking the 1st lady for help. It's amazing the amount of info they ask for a purchase that was under $10. ~ K
