Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Lowe’s — and I’ve been a customer for years. Four weeks ago I purchased a refrigerator with paid delivery and installation. I was forced to buy an additional water line kit just to get the installation scheduled. On delivery day, the third-party delivery team refused to install the water line I had just paid for, became loud, rude, and threatening when I called to get clarity, then abandoned the delivery and falsely marked it as “refused.” I immediately went to the store. The department manager refused to refund me until the appliance was physically back in the warehouse. Assistant manager Laura promised redelivery the next day at 8:00 am sharp (because I had already lost a full day of work). That evening I received an automated text saying the window was 1–4 pm. I called immediately — Laura was “filling out paperwork.” I requested to stay on hold and the associate put me on hold, but Laura never picked up. Still on hold, I drove 20 minutes to the store; by the time I walked in, she had already left for the day without ever taking my call or resolving anything. The next morning I arrived at 6:00 am. The opening assistant manager was helpful but explained they could not change the manifest — they could only check where I was on the delivery schedule. While we were waiting for that information, I asked who the store manager was. The associate said “It’s Jen and there she is” as Jen happened to be walking by. I spoke with Jen, explained everything, and only after her direct intervention was the delivery team made to make mine the first stop of the day. The refrigerator was delivered and installed at 8:30 am with no further issues. Jen asked for and took my personal cell phone number and promised she wanted to follow up with me personally. That was over three weeks ago — zero follow-up calls from Jen or anyone else from Lowes. I filled out two separate Lowe’s surveys and sent two detailed emails to customer care. Not one response or acknowledgment. Once Lowe’s has your money, they simply stop caring. Broken promises, rude contractors, managers who disappear after assuring you they’ll make it right, and complete radio silence afterward. Zero accountability after the sale.

They had what was needed in stock. Workers weren’t overly helpful though. They will tell you the aisle that you need but sometimes you need specific advice and that wasn’t there.

But a nice lady who work there said I could use the app to add my receipt which I did thanks for help

Friendly staff, not as hard to find help as some stores. They keep their scooters easy to find and usually charged

Just found out that chainsaws have a 48 hour return window. Husqvarna refers you to Lowe’s for a return.
