  Debbie was amazing and helped me update my details on my second unit and informed me about the app. John at the parklawn location was also helpful with showing me the different sizes and dimensions. Extra space is league above the competition.

  Neil was extra helpful and showing me the ropes The facility is clean! It is conveniently located right off of route 470 in Rockville. Be sure to bring all of your extra storage items there they have packing supplies and a really nice office to sit in that’s air-conditioned if you need to chat with Neil and figure out what your next step is with the items you’re storing.

  Neil was really helpful helping me find all the amenities and downloading the app and getting me started on using the facility! He’s very friendly, courteous and kind. I highly recommend using the storage facility ExtraSpace storage located in Rockville behind the best Western hotel by the Onelife fitness off of Route 270 located for you to use to store all of your extra stuff! What a fantastic way to unload your items that you don’t need in your home!

  Had a 10 x 7 unit since last year. Recently, I upgraded to a 10 x 10 at the same location on the same floor + saving about $20 a month. Debbie the Manager was a huge help too

  I have been a customer at this location for approximately seven years, and unfortunately, the overall quality of service has steadily declined since the previous manager transferred to the Burtonsville location. In recent years, I have noticed a significant drop in professionalism, cleanliness, and customer support. The facility itself appears to be getting noticeably dirtier over time, and it is often difficult to receive assistance because the office door is frequently locked during business hours. This creates frustration for long-term customers who rely on accessible and responsive staff. While there was previously an employee, Ashim, who was consistently helpful and professional, my more recent interactions with staff members — specifically Minoj and Debbie — have been disappointing. I have experienced what I would describe as unprofessional and unfriendly customer service, which has made routine visits unnecessarily stressful. I have also raised these concerns with staff on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, the issues do not appear to be addressed. As a long-time customer, I would strongly encourage management to focus on improving customer service standards, staff accountability, and overall facility upkeep.
