Wendy (the online pick up associate) will be incredibly passive aggressive and rude/ will take out her frustration on the customer if you show up looking to pick up your order without a confirmation message. You also won’t get a confirmation message till the day after your order… so plan ahead. Doesn’t matter if you’re the first person to put your order in that day and show up 6 hours later… your order is not going to be ready. Also depending on the store associate, you may either be sent on a game of hot or cold where they stand at the end of the aisle and just yell at you to stop and use your eyes or they’ll take you to the item… so if all of this sounds fine to you, then definitely go. If not, do your shopping elsewhwere or just buy directly online.

My most recent visit had me running into the store five minutes before closing to pick up a gift for my boss, which I needed for the next day. I *hate* being that last-minute customer and sprinted to the aisle to quickly get the item and go. When I couldn’t find it, I panicked and went to the register for help. Asia was an absolute angel. She calmly helped me track down the gift, rang me up, and was so sweet during the entire transaction. I can’t thank her enough!

My experience from today I would say was pretty lousy...I asked an employee to help me find an item that I could not find on the salesfloor (even after checking it was in stock online) he agreed to help and "check in the back" but just walked away and didnt even do so...i followed up with him and he directly tells me "they dont have it" lousy...so i go to the front cashier so they cant double verify and they confirmed they do indeed have it in stock. And they just pointed to the general area where I could possibly find it....did i find it? NO! I was beyond irritated by this point. If you want something specific your best bet is to just purchase online and pick up in store because the workers clearly could care less.
