- KMKevin Mott5 days ago3.0The people working in the store are friendly and professional, but the system they are using to process payments is creating a problem with a refund. We received the wrong couch and after being told they would expedite the order for the replacement it wasn’t. On top of that there is an issue with a refund for the replacement order. Instead of being able to be handled over the phone they say I must come in person as the order “is too far back to process”. While I believe this to be an issue with the POS system they use in the store, the inconvenience of having to go to the physical store to receive a refund for an order they messed up leaves me not as satisfied as I could be. We have been waiting since late November to receive our new couch, well outside the 6 week window, due to the replacement order not being expedited. It is now expected 13-14 weeks after our original order date.

Waveland Banks was our sales professional and he was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful! The store looked clean and welcoming, and we were impressed by the excellent service. Observing other sales associates clearly showed that these folks are not only knowledgeable, but are warm and friendly with all of their customers. Very happy with everything and looking forward to our new recliner! Highly recommend Waveland and that location!

I was greeted by Peter, told him I was just browsing... and he let me do that, didn't ask a bunch of questions, didn't follow me around, no pressure at all. I say this because the last couch I bought (elsewhere), i told the lady EXACTLY what I wanted and she proceeded to show me a bunch of much more expensive ones, even though I already knew what I wanted. The manager had to step in. I really appreciated being able to browse on my own. I found what I wanted and Peter took care of the rest!
