    The first chair I sat in at the store was the chair I purchased with several changes, My son and myself spent 3 hours in the store, which could have taken at most, one. Hour . A newly hired employee was being trained ! We appreciated your many suggestions and tried many different chairs before making our choice. I was exhausted. Would I recommend your store to others? Yes. If you were not traing.

    Awful experience, particularly with the store manager who hung up on me when I refused listening to him repeat that I was stuck with him, he being the highest authority in the store to resolve the issue. He made it clear he is my only option to deal with the failed exchange: the chair delivered was of lesser quality than the one on display plus it was flawed - the back did NOT properly attach to the base and I had to reject it. I requested my money back but was refused because of a stocking fee. However, before buying the chair, the sales person told me to inspect the chair upon its arrival and refuse it if something wasn't right but he omitted to mention the 30% restocking fee - cost of cancelling the transaction, like in my case where the quality of the chair delivered was inferior to that of the chair on display. The manager and Comfortcare Customer Service were repetitive in referring me to the documents I signed, making me feel very foolish for not reading the fine print regarding the restocking fee.

    The people working in the store are friendly and professional, but the system they are using to process payments is creating a problem with a refund. We received the wrong couch and after being told they would expedite the order for the replacement it wasn’t. On top of that there is an issue with a refund for the replacement order. Instead of being able to be handled over the phone they say I must come in person as the order “is too far back to process”. While I believe this to be an issue with the POS system they use in the store, the inconvenience of having to go to the physical store to receive a refund for an order they messed up leaves me not as satisfied as I could be. We have been waiting since late November to receive our new couch, well outside the 6 week window, due to the replacement order not being expedited. It is now expected 13-14 weeks after our original order date.
