He was very patient with both of us, explained everything that we needed to know or wanted to know, and let me look at every single sample of fabric and leather that they had, as I am very particular in my taste. The delivery window was short circuited by 30 minutes (early) which I wouldn’t fault except the delivery was to an assisted living facility which has protocols concerning delivery's . My 94 yr old blind & deaf dad was sitting comfortably in his new power chair. It can be a bit disorienting to elderly when people show up to his apartment he knows nothing about. (He is deaf). I wanted to be there to facilitate but was too late. I receive notification earlier than established window, but missed it due to driving his apartment That being said I would definitely recommend the shopping experience. I’d pay closer attention to their logistics communication in future
