Would have been nice to at least have a few hour window promise instead of waiting all day and not having my phone calls answered throughout the day. Topsoil quality was decent with only a few minor rocks and debris. The truck drivers need better training. My delivery driver drove onto my lawn, dumped the load in front of the tarp, and used the trucks bumper to push the pile backwards. The bed gates were not secured and swung wildly, and at one point dug into my asphalt driveway leaving a large gash. Please train the drivers better on proper safety and courtesies that should be standard.
