    NOTE: This experience is directly with their online store, but it's the same company. This company just flat-out lies to customers about whether or not an item is in-stock when it's ordered. I ordered a light fixture several weeks ago that they said was in stock. After not having received it five days past when they said it was going to be delivered, I called. They apologized, and said they were sending a new one overnight. I get an email five hours later, saying oh, sorry, we don't have that product, and that I should expect to receive it in four months. They have a lot of ghost inventory - i.e. it never existed, and they'll waste your time going back and forth trying to deal with the situation. I'm beginning to think they don't actually have anything in stock when you order it, and they have no idea if they'll even be able to obtain the item. But they'll lie to you to get you to order it, and hope you'll just throw up your hands and accept the situation. I will never do business with this company again. I had to file a chargeback with AMEX to get my money back from them.

    I recently purchased an item that unfortunately arrived with a missing part. I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, and I was truly impressed with how professionally and promptly the situation was handled. The manager ( Megan) immediately refunded part of the cost to my account and arranged for the missing piece to be sent to me right away. Their communication was clear, courteous, and solution-focused. Thanks to their excellent service, the problem was resolved quickly and without any hassle. I appreciate the manager’s commitment to customer satisfaction and would definitely feel confident shopping here again. Highly recommended!

    The showroom is glitzy but although there are salespeople milling about there is really no one to help you. We finally got someone, but they seemed like they just wanted to be somewhere else and were not very helpful.
