  This was a very positive experience! We came here on a recommendation from our friends. Regine Gabriel was very helpful and answered all our questions. This was my first time buying blinds and my wife and I were both very pleasant with the existence from entrance to exit.

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Elena, our blinds consultant, for our newly renovated home. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as we worked through options for every window in the house. She truly listened to what we were trying to achieve and helped guide us toward selections that elevated the space while staying practical for everyday living. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process; clear timelines, proactive updates, and quick responses to any questions we had. Everything arrived and was installed exactly as promised, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. The blinds fit perfectly and really complete the look of our home. It’s rare to find someone who combines design expertise with such strong organization and follow-through. We’re so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for both style and a seamless experience.

  I’ve been working eith Blinds to Go to replace all the blinds in my home for a couple years now. But this time around I had the opportunity to work with Elena. She gave me incredible advice of what would look good for every space in my home and I truly appreciated that. Elena was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be working with Blinds To Go again, specially with Elena.

  Elena was very nice. She communicated with me about when she would arrive and she was punctual. I knew what I wanted for the blinds, and she didn’t try to sell me anything different. She was even friendly with my dog. She arranged for the measuring to be done at my convenience, the following day. If the measuring and installation goes as well as the appointment today, I will be very satisfied with using this company.
