  My hot tub stopped working and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. It's 24 degrees and tomorrow 's high will be 20 (Saturday). I was afraid the pipes would freeze. The hot tub is the only thing that makes winter tolerable for me. I took a chance that Coastal Pool might be able to fix it. I called yesterday and was told someone could come Monday. I was very concerned about the pipes freezing and the receptionist concurred. She was able to have someone come today. 2 gentlemen arrived around 8:40 this morning and had it running in no time. Unfortunately I didn't ask their names, but I hope the office knows who they are and passes on my deep gratitude. They even used a skimmer to clean out the dirt from the older kids,, as well as top off the needed chemicals. I'm thrilled to have received such prompt, friendly service. Would recommend to anyone.

  I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service provided by Coastal Pools! They recently installed a pool heater for us, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and meticulous, ensuring that everything was done to perfection. Now, our pool stays at the perfect temperature, and we can enjoy it pretty much year-round! In addition to the installation, Coastal Pools handles our weekly pool maintenance, and they consistently go above and beyond. Our pool has never looked better, and it’s always in top condition thanks to their reliable and thorough work. A huge thanks to Jena, the service manager!!! She’s always there with a quick response and you can tell she takes pride in the service Coastal Pools provides, and it shows. Can’t say enough about how wonderful it’s been working with Jena and the whole Coastal Pools team!

  This company is amazing. It took me 5 years to decide on a company and once I met them, I felt confident. They are so patient with questions. They do amazing work! They are so reliable! The entire team is amazing to work with! Thank you Coastal Pools for making my dream come true!
