    Great service from Jamire! 75 year old me was on next isle over, we couldn't see each other, but I just said "sir?" And he immediately came around the corner with a big beautiful smile! Helped me load heavy stuff I couldn't. Treasure this employee! Friendly, courteous service is getting too rare.

    Went there to buy a stove and dishwasher. All the sales person and manager wanted to do was upsell. They tried to talk us into bundling a refrigerator with the purchase and we didn't need one. They couldn't figure out how to ring it up. We paid for the delivery and installation. They called and set up a time for delivery. That day they called and said they only had one in the store and sold that earlier in the day so they didn't have one for us. So basically we don't know when are purchase will be delivered. I have to arrange another day off work to accommodate their mistake. They have a device that tells them if they are in stock and they still couldn't get it right. They were so interested in upselling that they couldn't do the simplest thing and take care of the customer. Since posting this I read more reviews. There seems to be a lot of problems with delivery and installation. I'm guessing after the sale they really don't care as much.

    I would like to give a big shout out to David Dobbs. He not only designed my new kitchen but listened to my every wish and offered some great design ideas. He stayed well within my budget and went far beyond my expectations. I couldn't ask for a better designer. If you're in the Pocomoke Maryland area and are in the market for a new kitchen I highly recommend making an appointment to talk to David Dobbs. I would also like to compliment the associates in appliances and kitchen department for being so professional. When David wasn't available they were so professional and helpful or was like being helped by close friends. Great Job Pocomoke Lowes!!!!

    As far as I'm concerned, I have never had a worst shopping experience. Now I've just relocated from CALIFORNIA. IVE NEVER HAD TO GO TO 5 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS TO GET THE CORRECT ANSWER. WHEN I GOT THAT ANDWER, THE PRODUCT WAS NOTHING LIKE I HAD EXPLAINED. I'm not impressed.

    I had an amazing experience at Lowe’s thanks to Jamire. I called more than 10 times with different questions, and every single time he was patient, helpful, and answered with a huge smile in his voice. Because of his outstanding service and knowledge, I felt confident in what I was buying and ended up spending over $1500. Jamire went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress free. Lowe’s is very lucky to have him on their team I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service he provided!
