- NLNick LaBarreJul 25, 20241.0They're probably great if you have a large commercial job, but a residential job is not a priority. I had them come out to look at my property in May for an estimate, was told to give them a week or two. In mid-June, they told me that Michael who was doing my estimate was busy leading a big job but would get to me soon. It's now the end of July and I never received an estimate, and they haven't even replied to my most recent request for an update. Their work looks great and I was excited to use them, but it was very clear my small (~$15k) job was not a priority.
