    Jasmine is wonderful! Had issues with a damaged fridge being delivered. Spent 4-5 HOURS on the phone with my corporate pro contact, the 800 customer service number and who knows who else... Nobody was willing or able to help until I spoke to Jasmine. She fixed the situation immediately and made the whole exchange process as easy as it should have been from the start. THANK YOU Jasmine!!!!!!!! Corporate if you read this, Jasmine deserves a raise! (And everyone who works for your 800number needs some serious training on how to resolve issues such as these AS WELL AS how to treat customers. Starting with the fact that whether you fulfilled my order through a store location or Lowes.com, the exchange should be painless for the customer)

    The night manager (younger white woman) and the self checkout employees are the greatest employees of all time. They convinced me stop shopping at "the orange square" all because the hospitality, knowledge, and sheer professionalism of the employees here. I used to HAVE to go to home depot... I CHOOSE to drive FURTHER to go to Lowes. To any employees of lowes in baltimore, merry Christmas, and may all your dreams come true!

    this is my local store, but this is specifically regarding an online order: bought shower system only available online, received today- damaged. contacted customer support via chat, told twice I couldnt exchange and had to return (in store or by mail) and re-order. as we are getting behind schedule I immediately placed another order, only to realize after the fact the item is almost 20% more expensive! chatted again, this time agent says I can initiate an exchange instore- contrary to what I was told before, otherwise theres no way to refund the difference. hard to believe. cant trust chat agents. now i gotta try to initiate the exchange in person, and of course no way to cancel the new order so gotta return that one too. what a waste of time, energy... do better
