- JCJames CloydFeb 16, 20261.0There’s plenty of parking and no lines, but that may be because many people choose to shop at the nearby The Home Depot locations instead. The layout felt frustrating. Landscaping materials were on one end while asphalt and concrete were as far away as possible. When I asked where the asphalt was, I was given the wrong directions. After loading four 60 lb bags into my cart and checking out, I noticed liquid leaking everywhere. I went back to grab new bags, only to find the entire pallet was wet with what looked like soda. When I returned to request a refund, despite there being a help desk with several employees standing there, I was told to push the cart all the way back to the store entrance myself. After everything, I said I wouldn’t be coming back, and the response I got was a sarcastic “have a nice day.” Really disappointing experience overall.

Home depot in this area is horrible , with poor customer service and always out of stock. This Lowe's generally has what I need and they even have a little section near the registers for dogs. I always enjoy shopping here as it's generally well ordered and the parking is way better

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
