  We have enjoyed working with Matt and DJ and have just purchased a Challenger 19 foot swim spa! We are excited to have it delivered to enjoy with family and friends! It’s a lovely compromise between an in ground pool and a hot tub as it combines both features and can be used year round! DJ and Matt were great to work with and we have been dealing with Hot Tubs, Inc for over two decades!!

  Just bought a Master Spa from Jonny. Can’t say enough about how pleasurable this experience was. Jonny was very knowledgeable, polite and trust worthy….and really listened to what we were looking for while pointing out our available options. There was no pressure and ALL of our questions were answered… if you are looking for a spa please look for Jonny he has so much knowledge…

  I bought a Michael Phelps lsx 850 a little over a year ago. My experience with hot tubs inc has been great and I cannot recommend the enough. When we bought the tub it still had to be built and was about 3 months out. Hot tubs inc gave me an estimated completion date and it was almost spot on. The delivery went well and the delivery guys answered all my questions. The service in the store for checking chemicals and giving advice on how to maintain the water has been great and they have figured out any issues I was having balancing the water. I’ve also had warranty service for my air valve handle cracking and they were responsive and came out quicker than I thought they would. They were able to fix the problem and even replaced a pump under warranty that had some noise happening. The service crews were great and answered any questions I had and showed me some things inside the tub so I can check on it myself in the future. Couldn’t be happier with my tub as well as Hot Tubs Inc
