When I realized no one was coming I had to hunt down an employee to ask for help in framing and was told no one was working in the frame shop. I’ve come on multiple occasions to get something framed only for this to happen each time. Staff was beyond rude when I asked for help and acted as if I was a bother. Will not be shopping at hobby lobby any more.

Well stocked, organized, neat & clean. For the life of me I didn’t understand why they would have so much stuff in such a huge space and not have any directional signs and/or aisle markers to tell you where things are, maybe a business strategy and if so it worked, we walked all over to track down the items we came for and left with some we didn’t come for but came across in our quest. Employees were friendly and prices were reasonable to low. We had time today so we made the most of our trip. We did find everything that we came for.
