  Manager Darius did an amazing job assisting me with ensuring payment was taken care of since the Apple app was no longer available. He was very pleasant and helpful. You guys have a gem!!

  Came to rent a van or truck. The truck was soaked in the smell of cigarettes. Gave me a headache. Drove the truck 5 miles and had to put in 2 gallons of gas to get it to the previous level. The attendant that rented me the truck shrug his shoulder that I need to let U-Haul know because he cannot do. Apparently their trucks use more gas than Abrams tanks. Zero service. Did not own his business or try to help me. Been renting here for some time, not the same quality of service.
