Went to Lowe's to order a hot water heater since mine broke. Waited two days for a call from the plumbing company, no word. Third day i called Lowe's and they said i was somehow skipped in line and be brought to the front of the line. Lo and behold the plumbers called me while i was on the phone with Lowe's. Made an appointment for the same day, no arrival or courtesy call despite wasting a whole day at home waiting. Called the plumbers on the 4th day and made another appointment. I am writing this as of AFTER the appointment window with no call back, no update, and I'm still freezing... BLUE DOT are the plumbers, so the blame should be on them as well rather than just Lowe's. I was also initially charged for a consultation/visit but when i spoke to the Blue Dot they said they don't usually charge for that.... So save yourself and just cut out the middle man and don't bother ordering anything from here

Couldn't find the snow shovels today. New staff tonight. Very helpful. Found the snow shovels. Also picked up an ordered door. Staff found the door and brought it to the truck within 5 minutes. Assisted loading.

I admittedly do not have a good track record with house plants. I came to Lowe’s after building up enough courage to give it another try. Joe was exceptionally helpful in not only picking out pots for my plants along with soil and rocks, he also showed me how to care for the plants.
