Called them to get some additional information woman named Virginia, was so friendly and knowledgeable we had to make a the trip from Westminster, Maryland to her location. She was extremely knowledgeable friendly spent the time that we needed being seniors my wife and I enjoyed speaking with her, she made us feel like old friends. She gave us all the information we needed. Then we fit the next thing was shopped everything around through the Internet and local stores. Did not find anyone out there that was helpful as this woman was nor is knowledgeable, one store lets us to believe that they were selling this type of reclining chair, went all the way over there from Westminster, when over there, the Sales clerk told us they had actually a better chair,, I done my research and the La-Z-Boy was the only chair I was intending on buying, did not tell you how upset I was drove I’ll be back home. Called my clerk at your company next day and made an appointment and went in to confirm my order.

She stayed with me as I chose my chair, the fabric and the type of chair that I wanted. Together, we set up financing and we sent instructions off to have my chair made. My personal chair was created just for me. It was delivered to my room the day after my birthday as was planned. I’m very happy with my purchase.
