  Ryan has been extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. He is well versed, knows his job and assisted me with obtaining a storage unit and UHAUL rental. Great guy.

  Our family has always had a great experience with YourSpace Nottingham. Our hot water tank burst, a pack out plan was completed through our insurance co, and we were initially set up in a different facility that was down the road. We weren't pleased with that location due to its unclean bathroom, the gate broke often and usually left open and costs were constantly rising. Unfortunately, all storage facility tenants are susceptible to receiving insects and rodents from nearby occupants that may or may not have just moved in like when we changed from one to another. It's definitely an unfortunate occurrence if they end up in your unit. Even worse if you don't thoroughly check items before leaving if you intend to put them on your vehicle and into your home. Storage walls aren't sealed. It's best practice to plan ahead and use clean, thick, plastic bins and never have any food inside. (They can and will chew through plastic if food is present). Regardless of cost, if you're having to pay for costs of storage at all, it's more affordable in the long run to get study bins instead of replacing ruined items or infesting your home or vehicle. We've truly been blessed to have a fairly busy, inside hallway location and the music is usually running throughout the complex constantly. It's very clean and bright. I've recently worked with Ryan and Alexi. They, (and the young lady that used to work there) have been exceptional; always kind, understanding, patient and helpful. If you're searching and in need of a storage unit or Uhaul, I recommend this location over any in the area!

  Clean and well-maintained facilities (I double-checked after reading some semi-recent posted experiences where a tenant listed challenges -- I took a hard look, and asked questions during the initial onsite walk-through, about the buildings and spaces; all are well-maintained and it's easy to see visibly that all the things that a storage facility needs to do to maintain the cleanliness and a pest-free environment are in place) -- matter of fact, these facilities are REALLY clean, e.g. it was really windy the few days that I was moving in, and leaves kept blowing into the building, and each day, they were promptly swept out, and the inside and the outside (as best as one can during the leaf-falling season) were kept free/clear of debris. The individual unit was clean and the building as a whole has clearly been well-maintained over the years; the security of the facility is exceptional (inside and outside the buildings, as well as the monitors on all of the doors). The location, while convenient, can be tricky to enter the premises because of the high volume (and often fast/speeding) traffic on Belair, however there are two entrances to the property, and the alternate entrance away from Belair Rd makes it extra convenient (and safe/easy to access). Ryan Crass, the leasing specialist that helped me, was super helpful on move-in day -- the tour of the facility sold me on this storage - he was clear to show how safe/secure the property is, offered clear responses to otherwise tough inquires [see above], and made the move-in paperwork/process smooth and easy. For what it's worth, he was just as helpful when I needed follow-up the day or two afterwards (consistency 'after the sale' gives anyone an extra bonus 10pts from me at any business - Ryan clearly is sincere and there to be of service). I was also able to interact with a few other staff, including the onsite manager, who were all friendly and helpful, too. The billing system (and options) are simple and easy (including online payment manager, which is extra convenient). Strongly recommend.

  Ryan was so kind when we turned into Uhaul truck we did not know about lifting Uber and they let us wait inside their waiting area such kind gentlemen
