I went in and asked the customer service representative what product would work for my algae issue. He was extremely lazy and offered an "I don't know" and that was it! My family and myself have been a customer for probably 80+ years, well we use to be! I will not spend another dollar with that store again!!! They use to have fantastic customer service but now it's only a memory.

I got water tested couple times from the Leslie’s pools located on Wholesale club Dr in Baltimore MD and my recent multiple experience with the store associate named Amarni W as terrible. I came in for a routine water test which Armani did by the readings on it were suspect. The ph reading was 6.7 be though I tested it with my Taylor kit an hour before and as reading 7.4. Also the Leslie pool report was saying alkalinity was non existent and calcium harness was low and phosphates were high. I took the same pools water sample again and too it down the road to ClearWater pools and Spa and all levels were in ideal range only except for the chlorine levels which only shock was needed. I put the shock into the pool and some clarified the next day and pool was crystal clear and reading as all normal. If I would have followed the report which the Leslie’s pool associate gave me I would have spent $300 and added chemicals I didn’t even need to put in. This was not the only time Amarni gave me hard time he also gave previous water report and told me it was the sample he tested infront of me. I then looked at the date and came back and spoke to him and he said he will not give the report for the water sample given to him that day as I am coming in too frequently to check the water. I will never be coming to this Leslie’s pools location ever again as Clearwater pools much better. I think a manger needs to speak with that young man.
