I actually thought to myself, "I know it's here,because I've scene it before." The opening to this business has 2 entrances; one provides a clear view of the kiosk, the other, not so much. Seeking a refund was somewhat of a challenge, with so many keys, I couldn't recall the receipt number. Below, find photos of the keys, to keys being the original key.

Making the key was simple even if some of the wording on the kiosk felt intentionally ambiguous. The key, I made a car key (chip and all), took a couple days longer than it said it would to arrive. I was beginning to worry that it was a scam and was considering what i should do next to fix the situation. Then it arrived and it was PERFECT. It fit and worked like it was supposed to, no issues. Considering how much money it costs to have a key made through a dealer, I'm thrilled. I will absolutely use it again and tell everyone i know about it. The only thing customer service said when I contacted them is to wait an additional 3 days for the keys. Paying over 20$ for 3 keys was the 1st mistake I made. I will never use this kiosk again. The lack of empathy from customer service as if it’s my fault my keys haven’t arrived! Don’t buy the keys from here go to Home Depot where you can walk away with the keys the same day!
