Due to the shutdown experienced difficulties and advised the company i would be late. The penalty is over 20% of the rental rate. I understand they have bills to pay but this is ridiculous....defintely not renting from them again. The bait and increase is crazy. Im at fault here of course but humanity does garner repeat business in my opinion. Try somewhere else unless you are truly desperate.
