- DCDakota CookDec 19, 20251.0I do not recommend buying appliances from lowes. I ordered a washer and dryer and it took four different deliveries to get everything. The first one was cancelled at the end of the delivery time window, then the next two deliveries the dryer was damaged. They have a customer care number you can call but its completely useless. If you need appliances I recommend an actual appliances store. I learned Don's appliances in Morgantown will deliver to the area and they have way better customer service

Employees here have literally had perfect descriptions of items given to them even pictures and they've still given the wrong items and information. Then multiple times now people and myself included have gone in here and heard women making sexist comments. They are continuously out of products that they say they have online. As well their policies about their equipment when it comes to electronics like washers and dryers is completely asinine they don't clearly communicate with you and tell you that if you don't buy their stupid warranty that is something were to go wrong with the washer and dryer within the first 7 days if you don't have it delivered to your home and do it yourself that they won't do anything about it you have to send it to the manufacturer. I've already started a civil complaint process because that is a complete violation of ADA if someone is disabled they're obviously going to need help and your penalizing them for it? Absolutely not! I wish I Menards were home Depot would come and literally put these people out of business.,

I couldn't get thru the phone system to talk to anyone and when I finally did I got hung up on 4 times put into ques with no answers. The employees I spoke with knew nothing they transferred me to people who knew less. The website was worse. I'm extremely disappointed with my overall experience. I'm a contractor and frequent this store. But that's dead NEVER AGAIN. I feel I would have gotten further calling a preschool. They should be ashamed.
