I couldn't get thru the phone system to talk to anyone and when I finally did I got hung up on 4 times put into ques with no answers. The employees I spoke with knew nothing they transferred me to people who knew less. The website was worse. I'm extremely disappointed with my overall experience. I'm a contractor and frequent this store. But that's dead NEVER AGAIN. I feel I would have gotten further calling a preschool. They should be ashamed.

He told me I would have to wait until after he finished setting up the furnace filter displays before he could help. Wonderful customer first approach. I left and will drive 1 hour to Home Depot or use small independent hardware stores from now on. There were already 500 of the same filters on display that he was stocking. Not like they lost a filter sale but did lose plumbing, hardware and building material business that day. Over a $5 part and a display.
