The Lady at the loading dock is one of the most miserable human beings I’ve ever come in contact with. She acted as if I was a huge burden on her for waiting inside while they bring the items to the loading dock. Her attitude is nasty I’m not sure why she is dealing with clusters let alone getting paid to “help” customers
