Instead of them taking responsibility they keep passing me around saying I should contact the third party insurance they provided and charge me for monthly. Good luck as well in being able to get in touch with the insurance agent, they never answer the phone or respond to emails and when they finally do. They look for every excuse not to take responsibility. Avoid this place by every means necessary, as you will have all your belongings damaged.

Very appreciative of their security protocols and courtesy calls! Great customer service all around!
