    Very disappointing experience. I’ve always loved shopping at At Home, but unfortunately I won’t be returning after this. I’m currently in the middle of a move and took time off work, rented a U-Haul, and drove nearly two hours round trip from my new apartment to make this purchase. I spent over $1,300, only to discover once I got home that one of the nightstands was broken. When I contacted the store, Carl advised me to reach out via email as At Home would either replace the item or find another way to make it right. That has not been my experience. Despite explaining multiple times to email support that I no longer have a car or any reasonable way to transport the item back to the store, I was offered no solution other than bringing it back myself. For boxed furniture—especially an item that cost $230—customers should be allowed or encouraged to open and inspect it before leaving the store. Had I known this was damaged, I would never have taken it home. Overall, the lack of flexibility and customer support has been extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here again.

    I had a great experience today at the Glenarden location. Carl, Mike and the entire staff were pleasant and very helpful. Even through the holiday chaos, I was handled patiently and politely. Thank you! I will be returning.

    Wasted nearly an hour round trip coming here. I realize it's a home good store primarily, but I was hoping I might find at least some decoration for my office. There was really nothing much, just a couple of items. One of them was a plant that I liked, but it was $300, and not nearly worth that. Another was a small drink table that I liked, But the top was crooked and nobody was around in the store to help me figure out if they had any inventory so I gave up on that. Then I went back to where the plants were, found a smaller plant that I picked up and started to put in my cart, but the associate in the store was walking away with my cart to put it up. I just gave up and left.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
