Imagine trying to move out of your Unit on the second floor with no way to access it because the elevators are down and all staircases are locked and the only way to unlock them is with key from customer service but you’re moving out at 7am and the customer service doesn’t come in until 9:30. Had to pay extra for the moving company. Whats the point of notifying yall in advance that I’m moving out if yall don’t have anyone on site to help. Someone should be on site at all times !! From the time customers are able to open the gates to the time it closes !
