I had an opportunity to meet the manager, Ms. Cynthia at Lowe's located in LaPlata, Maryland. She assisted my husband and I with scheduling a delivery for a new refrigerator. Ms. Cynthia was extremely pleasant and very professional during our visit. She exerted every effort to provide the details regarding our purchase and delivery. She extended superior customer service and should be commended for being an exemplary employee. It is my sincere opinion that she is indeed an asset to Lowe's Company.

Generally, a good location to ship at - IF - you don't need assistance, which I typically don't. But the 1 or 2 times when I needed something to pulled from overhead, etc... There's no one willing to help. This latest instance, I went to customer service and asked that an announcement be made to send someone to aisle 5...she did that. No one came. I flagged down an associate and repeated my request for assistance, he said he'd be right back. 15min later, he never did. I asked one more associate, who answered that he would get someone. He did not. After over half an hour waiting - I left. The store was not busy in the least.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
